Redi-Dek™

  • Reading’s Redi-Dek™ is a sturdy steel platform offering the ability to utilize 2" x 4" posts or pull a gooseneck trailer.
  • All body parts are electrically welded into one integral unit.

    Platform

  • Available in lengths of 7', 8', 9', 10', 11', and 12'.
  • Steel floor with 1/8" safety tread plate.
  • Outside stake rack pockets on both sides and rear allow full utilization of the platform floor, and are reinforced with 2" x 1/4" flat bar tie-down rails for securing loads.
  • Pre-punched light holes for clearance and marker lights (lights not installed and wiring harness supplied loose).

    Bulkhead

  • Slotted bulkhead is permanently mounted and offers clear rear visibility while protecting the cab.
  • The side gussets extend above the top of the bulkhead for carrying long items and offer additional support (welded in place).

    Rear Apron

  • A 1/8" safety tread plate steel reinforced apron with a recessed license plate mounting bracket is standard (welded in place).
  • The apron features cut outs for remounting chassis stop, tail and turn signal lights.

    Acrylic E-Coat Priming

    Steel bodies enter a 12-state process which thoroughly cleans, rinses, and finally primes the steel by electrically fusing the primer to the steel. This process provides complete coverage to the body, even in the most hidden or recessed areas.
